Ticketing
Where can I purchase tickets?
Bluffdale City TicketLeap ticket portal is the official ticket-purchasing site of the Bluffdale OWD Rodeo. All other ticket-purchasing websites are not affiliated with the rodeo.
Do I need to print my ticket or can I show it on my phone?
Tickets do not need to be printed. You may use your phone to show the ticket QR code from the TicketLeap ticket platform. Entrance volunteers can also look up your tickets by your name or email address.
Are tickets available at the gate or do I need to buy them in advance?
We highly suggest you purchase tickets in advance at bluffdale.gov/Rodeo. There will be a limited supply of tickets available at the gate each night.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds will be issued for any reason other than the cancellation of the event.
Can I re-enter the event?
Yes, you may exit and re-enter the event with a hand stamped at the entrance/exit.
Is there a child ticket price or age limit for free entry?
Children ages 3 and older are required to have a ticket.
How do I purchase tickets for Mutton Bustin’, Hide Races, Cash Cow or Pony Stick Races?
Mutton Bustin’ and Hide Race registration opens on July 1, 2025 at 9:00 am on the website at www.bluffdale.gov/Rodeo.
Cash Cow and Pony Stick Races are free, but you still will need to register to participate. Registration will be available inside the arena each night.
Parking & Transportation
Where is parking available?
Parking is available at Bluffdale City Park (2400 West 14400 South), Bluffdale Elementary School (14323 South 2700 West), and the church building at 14400 South and 2700 West.
Is there ADA-accessible parking?
Yes, ADA parking is available in the new arena parking lot. Please follow directions from the Lions Club volunteers who will be helping with parking.
Will there be a shuttle service?
Yes, we will have some shuttles available throughout the parking areas to help as needed.

Seating & Accessibility
Are seats assigned or general admission?
All seating is reserved. You choose your seat while purchasing tickets.
Is there ADA-accessible seating available?
Yes, there is ADA-accessible seating available. Please call 801-254-2200 during business hours (8:30 am - 5 pm) to purchase ADA seating tickets. You may also purchase at the gate, if available.
Can I bring a seat cushion or blanket?
Yes, you may bring a seat cushion or blanket. Please be courteous of others.
Food & Beverage
Is outside food or drink allowed inside?
No, outside food or drink is not allowed inside, except for water and water bottles. Food and drinks will be available from a variety of food trucks and vendors at the arena.
Is alcohol sold at the rodeo?
No alcohol is sold at the rodeo.
Weather
If the weather is bad, will the event be canceled?
This is a rain-or-shine event. If lightning is present, the event will be postponed until it has cleared and spectators may be asked to take shelter in their vehicles.
Photography & Media
May I take photos at the event?
You may take photos for personal use. For all other photo and media needs, please contact the Bluffdale City Communications Department by emailing aluker@bluffdale.gov
Lost & Found/Emergency Assistance
Lost items may be claimed at the First Aid tent near the entrance. Emergency assistance is also available in that area.
