2025 Bluffdale Firework Guidelines
Utahans are allowed to purchase legal fireworks from June 24 – July 25, 2025. Fireworks can only be discharged two days prior and one day after the holiday (July 4 and July 24).
Fireworks may only be discharged from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm with the hours extended to midnight on the 4th and the 24th.
We encourage our community to be extra vigilant this year while launching fireworks (OR CHOOSE NOT TO USE FIREWORKS THIS YEAR) by following the firework safety tips below. Please be cautious. Fireworks are designed to put flames and sparks into the air where a breeze can pick them up and carry them. They can start a fire a few hundred feet away from the location where they were launched.
NOTE: IF THERE IS A RED FLAG WARNING-NO AERIAL FIREWORKS WILL BE ALLOWED ANYWHERE. BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS WITH GROUND FOUNTAINS AND CONES ONLY. ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED IN RESTRICTED AREAS (SEE MAP).
Our fire crews will be out and about throughout each evening of the 4th and 24th holiday weekends to visit about fire and firework safety, please wave and encourage them to stop.

Fireworks can also be used on December 31st for New Year's Eve and on Chinese New Year.
