| OTHER FEES | Description |

| Late Penalty | 1.5% of delinquent balance or $10.00, whichever is higher. |
| Delinquent Notices | All accounts are due on the 25th of the month. Any balance that is not paid by the 25th will be sent a delinquent notice with a shutoff date to pay the account in full. Any account not paid by that date will be subject to shutoff without further notice. The total balance of the account plus the reconnection fee of $110.00 will be due at this time. If the water is turned on by user and it is unauthorized, it will incur a $100.00 Fee. |
| Shutoffs | If the payment to prevent shutoffs is returned, water may be shut off without further notice. |
| Reconnection | In the event that the water service has been disconnected, any tampering with the meter or setter may result with the homeowner being fined. (I.E. User turns on water after City initiated Shut-off) that fee is $100.00 An additional fee will be assessed for reconnection after hours. *Outside of the regular work schedule operating hours. |
